What It Is
Softer Lines, Still You
Botox® Cosmetic and Jeuveau® are prescription medicines called neuromodulators. Injected in tiny amounts, they temporarily relax the muscles behind expression lines, so the lines on the skin above them look softer.
Botox® Cosmetic is FDA-approved for frown lines, forehead lines and crow’s feet. Jeuveau® is FDA-approved for frown lines between the brows.

Common Treatment Areas
11s
The lines between the eyebrows, often called the “11s”, are very common as we age. This area often uses about 14–18 units of BOTOX®. Individual results vary.
Forehead
Forehead lines can be softened while keeping natural movement in the brow, so you don’t look “frozen”. This area often uses about 7–10 units. Individual results vary.
Crow’s Feet
The lines around the outer eyes. This area often uses about 20–25 units. Treatment around the eyes should always be done by a trained, experienced injector. Individual results vary.

Free virtual consultation
Before your first treatment, a free virtual consultation with our Medical Director is required. In our booking page, choose Consultations → Botox Consultation.

Your treatment visit
Our nurse reviews your health history, talks through your goals and maps out your treatment. The injections take about 10–15 minutes, and most people go right back to their day.

See your results
Results appear gradually, usually over about 10 days, and typically last about 3–4 months. Another treatment maintains your results.

How does BOTOX® work?
BOTOX® Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA) is a prescription medicine. Injected in tiny amounts, it temporarily relaxes the muscles that cause expression lines, so the lines on the skin above them look softer. It was approved for cosmetic use on frown lines in 2002 and has since been approved for forehead lines and crow’s feet.
Do the injections hurt?
BOTOX® is injected with a very fine needle. Most people describe it as a quick pinch. Topical numbing cream is available on request.
How long does an appointment take?
The injections take about 10–15 minutes, and most people go right back to their day.
When will I see results, and how long do they last?
Results appear gradually, usually over about 10 days, and typically last about 3–4 months. Another treatment maintains your results.
What are the side effects?
The most common side effects are temporary redness, swelling, bruising or itching at the injection sites, and occasionally a mild headache. Your injector will review the full safety information, risks and aftercare with you.
How do I prepare?
No special preparation is needed. After treatment, don’t rub the injection sites for 24 hours.
What’s the difference between Botox® and Jeuveau®?
Both are prescription neuromodulators that temporarily relax the muscles behind expression lines. Botox® Cosmetic is FDA-approved for frown lines, forehead lines and crow’s feet. Jeuveau® is FDA-approved for frown lines between the brows. Your injector will help you decide which is the better fit.
Who should not get Botox® or Jeuveau®?
They aren’t right for everyone. Please tell us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a nerve or muscle condition, have a skin infection where you’d be treated, or have ever reacted to a botulinum toxin product. Our nurse and Medical Director review your health history before treatment.
How much does it cost?
Botox® Cosmetic is $13 per unit for non-members. Founding Circle members pay $12 (Silver), $11 (Gold) or $9 (Platinum) per unit. The number of units depends on the areas you treat and is set at your visit. Ask us for Jeuveau® pricing. We accept HSA/FSA, Cherry, Affirm, CareCredit, cards & cash.
