Service credit applies to services and retail and can't be used for monthly membership dues. Circle credit is non-transferable, except it may be shared with a spouse, or transferred to a family member in the event of a military PCS move. Tier discounts are 5% / 7.5% / 10% when paying with Circle credit and 10% / 15% / 20% when paying another way. "Active" means at least one visit every 12 months. Aesthetic, peptide, and medical services require a consultation and Medical Director approval. Terms apply.

Hidration started as a mobile IV company in June 2022. Justine, an LPN/ADN nurse from Honolulu with 20+ years of nursing experience, leads our care, and her husband Bryce, a retired Navy veteran with 23+ years of service, keeps the whole operation running. Atlantic Park is our new home, and it's our only location.
Until the lounge opens, we're still coming to you with mobile appointments. Founders just get first pick when the doors open. 💙

How does the $99 deposit work?
The $99 deposit applies to our founding monthly memberships (Founding Recovery and Founding Signature) and to the Recovery Club founder rate of $119/mo. It reserves your spot and is applied to your first month. The deposit is non-refundable, but it's never lost: it stays on your account as credit and is applied once we open, even if opening moves.
When does billing start?
Monthly billing starts when the lounge opens. Nothing beyond the deposit is billed before then. We're opening in Late Fall 2026, and we'll let every founder know the date as soon as it's set.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes. Founding monthly memberships (Founding Recovery and Founding Signature) have a 3-month minimum. After that, it's month to month with 30 days' written notice to cancel, and your founding rate stays locked as long as your membership is active.
How many founding spots are there?
There are two separate pools. We're offering 25 founding monthly memberships (Founding Recovery and Founding Signature combined), and, separately, 25 Founder spots in the Founding Circle. The Founding Circle also has 10 Elite and 5 VIP spots. Founding rates end when we open or when we're full, whichever comes first.

What payment options do you accept?
