This policy explains how Hidration IV & Wellness (“Hidration,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit hidrationiv.com, book with us, come to our Atlantic Park lounge, have a mobile or event appointment, or contact us. By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.

What We Collect

We only collect what we need to care for you and run our business. Depending on how you use our services, that can include:

• ✿Contact details: your name, phone number, email, and mailing address.
• ✿Booking details: the services you book, appointment dates and times, and the address for mobile visits.
• ✿Health information: your health screening and intake answers, medications, allergies, vital signs, consent forms, and treatment notes.
• ✿Payment details: purchases, memberships, deposits, and Founding Circle credit. Card payments are handled by secure payment processors. We don’t keep your full card number.
• ✿Event requests and messages: what you share when you fill out a form, call, text, email, or message us on social media.
• ✿Website activity: basic information our website collects automatically, like your device, browser, IP address, and the pages you visit. This is done with cookies and similar tools.

Your Health Information

Your health information is treated as a confidential medical record. Only our licensed clinical team, our Medical Director, and staff who need it to care for you or run your appointment can see it.

• ✿We use it to decide whether a treatment is safe for you, to provide your care, and to keep accurate records.
• ✿We protect it following applicable health privacy laws, including HIPAA where it applies.
• ✿We never sell it, never use it for advertising, and never share it on social media.
• ✿We only share it outside our team when you ask us to, when it’s needed for your care (for example, with a pharmacy or another provider treating you), or when the law requires it.

Some records have to be kept for a set number of years under state law, so we may not be able to delete them on request. You can always ask for a copy of your records.

Who We Share It With

We work with a small number of trusted companies that help us run Hidration. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.

• ✿Boulevard, our booking system, which stores appointments, client profiles, and payments.
• ✿Shopify, which hosts our website, online store, and checkout.
• ✿Payment processors that securely handle card payments.
• ✿Email and text message services we use to send reminders and updates.
• ✿Our Medical Director and licensed clinicians, who oversee your care.
• ✿Advertising and analytics tools, such as Google and Meta, which may use cookies to measure visits to our website and show our ads. They receive website activity only, never your health information.
• ✿Authorities or others when the law requires it, to protect someone’s safety, or if our business is ever sold or reorganized.

Texts & Emails

• ✿Appointment texts and emails, like confirmations and reminders, are part of your booking.
• ✿Marketing texts and emails are only sent if you opt in. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email, or reply STOP to any text. Reply HELP for help.
• ✿Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
• ✿We never sell or share your phone number or text consent with other companies for their own marketing.

Photos & Social Media

We love celebrating our clients, but we only post photos, videos, reviews, or stories that identify you with your permission. You can ask us to take down anything we’ve posted of you at any time. If you comment on or message our social media pages, those platforms’ own privacy policies also apply.

Your Choices & Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• ✿See the personal information we have about you, or get a copy.
• ✿Correct information that’s wrong.
• ✿Ask us to delete your information, except records we’re legally required to keep.
• ✿Stop marketing emails and texts at any time.
• ✿Opt out of targeted advertising. You can do that on our data sharing opt-out page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out for that browser.

Keeping It Safe

We use secure systems, password-protected accounts, and limited staff access to protect your information. We keep it only as long as we need it for your care, our services, and our legal duties. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send detailed health information by regular email, text, or social media message. Call us, or share it in your secure intake forms instead.

Children

Our website is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information online from children. If you think a child has shared information with us, contact us and we’ll delete it.
