What Is the HaloSauna?

The HaloSauna brings five relaxing therapies into one cabin. A halogenerator gently fills the air with micro-fine dry salt, full-spectrum heaters wrap you in far-infrared warmth, and a built-in red light panel, colored light and essential oils finish the experience.
Our lounge features the 2-person model, with room for two on a wide bench. It's perfect for couples, friends, or a quiet session on your own.

Halotherapy
Dry Salt Therapy
A halogenerator grinds pure salt into micro-fine particles and releases them into the air as you relax. Halotherapy recreates the feel of a natural salt cave, and many guests love how fresh and clear it feels.
Infrared Sauna
Far-Infrared Heat
Infrared heaters warm your body directly instead of just heating the air, so the cabin feels comfortable at a lower temperature than a traditional sauna while you enjoy a deep, relaxing sweat. A favorite after workouts and long days.
Red Light
Red Light Therapy
Our HaloSauna has an integrated red light panel with visible red (630 to 660 nm) and near-infrared (830 to 850 nm) light. Red light is a popular part of skin and recovery routines, and it pairs naturally with the infrared heat.
Chromotherapy
Color Light
Set the mood with colored light. Choose calming blues and greens to wind down, or warm reds and golds when you want a lift. Many guests find it helps them relax and settle in.
Aromatherapy
Essential Oils
Add a few drops of an essential oil blend to the aromatherapy cup and breathe in a calming or refreshing scent during your session.

Tips for Your Session
- ✓Wear comfortable gym clothes or a swimsuit.
- ✓Drink water before and after your session.
- ✓Remove jewelry and leave your phone outside or on silent.
- ✓Wait about 2 hours to shower so the salt can stay on your skin.
- ✓Arrive a few minutes early to choose your light, scent and music.

Can two people use the HaloSauna together?
Yes. Our lounge has the 2-person HaloSauna, so you can share your session with a partner, friend or family member. Ask about the companion pass when you book.
What is halotherapy?
Halotherapy means "salt therapy." A halogenerator grinds pure salt into micro-fine dry particles and releases them into the cabin, recreating the feel of a natural salt cave.
How is infrared different from a regular sauna?
A traditional sauna heats the air around you. Infrared heaters warm your body more directly, so the cabin can feel comfortable at a lower air temperature while you still enjoy a good sweat.
Is red light included?
Yes. Our HaloSauna has an integrated red light panel, and it's part of The Full Experience session.
What should I wear?
Comfortable gym clothes or a swimsuit work best.
