We get it. That's exactly why we're building a place in Virginia Beach where taking care of yourself feels easy, relaxing and close to home.
A Flagship lounge at Atlantic Park
Our flagship Hidration Longevity & Recovery Lounge is coming to Atlantic Park at 415 19th St, Suite 106, Virginia Beach. We're opening Winter 2026โ2027, and we can't wait to welcome you in.
Atlantic Park is becoming one of the most exciting new neighborhoods at the Oceanfront, with places to eat, gather and enjoy the coast. We wanted our lounge to be part of that energy: a spot where you can stop in before a busy week, after a long shift or between plans with friends.
What you'll find inside
The lounge brings our services together under one roof, in a calm space designed for you to slow down. Here's what we're planning to offer:
- IV hydration and vitamin therapy, customized after a nurse consultation
- Vitamin injections, including B12 and NAD+
- Botox and aesthetic services, by consultation
- Recovery services, including HaloSauna, red light, an oxygen bar, cold plunge, float and HOCATT
- Memberships that make a regular routine simple to keep
Service lineups can change as we finish building, and every medical and aesthetic service starts with a consultation. We'll share the full menu as opening gets closer.
Why we're building it
Most people don't skip self-care because they don't care. They skip it because it's inconvenient, confusing or feels like a luxury. Booking is a hassle. The options are overwhelming. And it's hard to know who to trust.
Hidration is veteran- and nurse-owned. We've spent our careers serving others, and we built this business to give our community care that's personal, clear and easy to fit into real life. The lounge is the next step: one welcoming place, licensed professionals and a simple plan that works around your schedule.
Your plan is simple
- Get on the list. Join our VIP app or text us at 757-434-8059 so you hear about opening news first.
- Pick your path. Choose a monthly membership or a one-time Founding Circle membership, or simply book as you go.
- Come in and recharge. Once we open, book your visit and let our team take it from there.

While we build, our mobile IV visits are available now. Our team can come to your home, office or event across Virginia Beach and the 757. It's the same personal, nurse-led care you'll find in the lounge, delivered to your door.
