The Precision Genetic Test is 10X Health's most complete test. It's a simple saliva sample you collect at home, so there's no lab visit and no blood draw.

According to 10X Health, the test looks at genetic markers such as MTHFR, detox pathways and inflammation response. Your results come with a personalized action plan for nutrition and lifestyle, so you can make choices that fit how your body works.

Because your genes don't change, it's one test with insights you can keep coming back to as your goals change.

How it works, step by step

• Order your test. Choose your test in our 10X Health portal and check out online.
• Test at home. Your kit comes to you, and you collect a saliva sample on your own schedule.
• Get your plan. Your results come with a personalized action plan for nutrition and lifestyle.
• Unlock your supplements. Your results unlock 10X Precision Supplements formulated from your genetics.

Already have genetic results? You can sign in to your 10X client account and upload them to unlock personalized supplements instead.

Personalized supplements, explained

After your test, you can choose 10X Precision Supplements formulated from your genetic results. 10X Health describes them as made with bioavailable, methylated ingredients that are third-party tested for purity. Two options:

• 10X Precision Nutrition: one daily sachet with microbeads made from your genetics, with up to 100 micronutrients, superfoods and greens.
• 10X Precision Weight Management: a pre-meal formula tailored to your genetic profile, designed to support healthy weight management alongside good nutrition and activity.

Not ready for a test? 10X Health also offers everyday supplements you can order anytime, like electrolytes, a methylated multivitamin, vitamin D3 + K2 and magnesium.

What a genetic test can and can't do

Genetic results can be a helpful starting point, but they're not a medical diagnosis. Your genes are one piece of the picture, alongside your health history, sleep, stress, activity and the care you get from your own healthcare provider.
